WARRANTY AND MAINTENANCE
All products are guaranteed for a period of 24 months against manufacturing defects to provide maximum peace of mind and security when using our devices. Highly specialized assistance, inspection and maintenance services are also guaranteed, along with the option of scheduled maintenance plans and replacement machinery provided during technical interventions.

OPERATIONAL DEMONSTRATIONS AND SITE INSPECTIONS
Technical experts conduct operational demonstrations in order to illustrate the functionality of the devices. This helps to understand how to best use the equipment, maximize its potential and test its usage. They also carry out site inspections to check and solve any issues. During these inspections, they identify and analyze technical problems and propose the most suitable solutions.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
FEDA is fully committed to supporting and assisting its customers through after-sales service aimed at ensuring prompt resolution of issues via phone support, on-site intervention or workshop service by FEDA technicians. After an intervention, FEDA conducts follow-up checks to verify that the problem has been satisfactorily resolved and to monitor the machinery’s performance. This may include regular contact with the customer to gather feedback and ensure that everything is working as expected.

DELIVERY
Our logistics department is able to provide a fast and optimal delivery service, taking into account the customer’s needs. To ensure the best shipping conditions, all equipment is carefully packed and protected to prevent damage during transportation.
