The manhole covers of the UnBlock Series are used to release manhole covers that are particularly difficult to open due to tar, frost, asphalt, salt and sediment deposits at the point of contact with the frame.
The action of the tie rods causes a tension that breaks up the fouling.
Once the lid has been restored to its natural weight, the manhole covers can be worked on. They are supplied together with a set of accessories for removing dirt from manhole covers.
UnBlock-30 is equipped with a set of individual keys and is suitable for unlocking small manhole covers and drains. It anchors to the covers on a single hooking point located near the edges (max. 30 cm).
UnBlock-80, -100, -120 are equipped with interchangeable key pairs and can also engage manhole covers simultaneously at two points. The number following the UnBlock indicates the maximum width in centimetres of the manhole covers to which they can be optimally adapted.
The -R (Reinforced) versions have increased load capacities.
